- Read entire Syllabus
- Go to page 15 in Creative Childbirth. Read Mother’s exercise
- Draw a picture of your body and anything physical, emotional, and/or spiritual that may be interfering in your life in any way
- Go to unhealthy beliefs, note format. Write out your unhealthy Beliefs and change according to the designated format
- Go to pregnancy/postpartum graph. Write out a health plan for yourself surrounding each category
- Go to test in the packet and make certain you have done each test exercise before submitting
