6. Go to unhealthy beliefs, note format. Write out your unhealthy Beliefs and change according to the designated format
7.Go to pregnancy/postpartum graph. Write out a health plan for yourself surrounding each category
8. Go to test in the packet and make certain you have done each test exercise before submitting
